Product Warranty
Warranty service:
1. Product from the date of purchase, Failure due to material defects and
workmanship defects during the 1-year warranty, Battery problems and suction
problems caused by the host, our after-sales service center will provide free
replacement service in next order.
2. When repairing and replacing products, customers need to show valid
certification documents. Such as purchase order, warranty card etc to ensure that the
product is purchased through formal channels and is still within the warranty period.
3. The warranty scope is limited to the product host, does not contain non-electronic
parts, accessories, packaging and loss parts. The breast pump accessories sold are
personal care products, disposable sanitary products, are not within the scope of
renewal.
Note: Free services will not be available in the following situations:
A. Man-made damage caused by improper use. For example, improper power supply,
use of improper accessories, improper installation, use not in accordance with the
instructions, damage caused by incorrect use or negligence etc. Damage caused by
transportation and other accidents. Repairs or modifications not approved by our
company. Other damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters,
abnormal voltage etc.)
B. Product aging and wear caused by normal use, but does not affect the normal use
of the product.
C. If the suction problem caused by the damage of the accessories during the
normal use of the customer.
