Shipping
The processing time for orders is generally 1-3 business days. Once an order has been processed a tracking number will be generated and forwarded to you via email. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days, kindly inform us by email and include your order number.
Once your item(s) is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
AUSTRALIA: 5-12 business days
OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA: 7-20 business days
Freight shipping transit time is impacted by factors including distance, shipping mode, route, and season. In very rough estimates: express can take as little as 1-3 days, air freight is typically 5-10 days, and sea shipping can range anywhere from 20-45 days.
For our Australian customers, please note, high parcel volumes and COVID-19 lockdowns in NSW, South Australia and Victoria may cause delivery delays.

Returns policy
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately. We offer an exchange of item or full money-back guarantee for all online purchases (postage not included).
You may return most new, unopened or faulty items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Once the item has been received to Mylk&Bub, we will then process your refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your request within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We do not offer refunds simply for change of mind. Due to hygiene purposes, Mylk and Bub breast pump cannot be resold.
